The RCW‐7 ‐ 7 Qt. countertop cooker features a high wattage heating system that is perfect for re‐thermalzing refrigerated soups, stews, and chili, or rapidly heating sauces like nacho cheese. They are also ideal for thawing frozen soups and holding the thawed soup at NSF‐safe serving temperatures. This thermostatically controlled system provides fast heat up and recovery, and can reach temperatures up to 212° Fahrenheit. The RCW models are perfect for restaurant, buffets and catered events.
