This Chicago Metallic ePAN Pan has 15‐cavities and can be used to bake hamburger buns, muffin tops, or cookies. It is made from high‐tensile‐strength aluminized steel and has a glazed finish for non‐stick properties. Made for commercial ovens, does not fit most residential ovens.
