The Cleveland Range 80 gallon stationary gas kettle has a 304 stainless steel construction that is durable and easy to clean. The gas fire heating system is energy efficient and ensures fast start up and recovery times. The steam jacket is filled with treated, distilled water that does not require refilling or emptying. The solid state controls provide great temperature control and low water safety.
