The Globe Food Chefmate manual slicer has a 1/3 hp motor and gear driven knife that cuts meats and cheese with ease. All food surface areas are made with stainless steel that is stain resistant and easy to clean. This model has several safety features to protect the operator. The slicer will not operate when the knife cover is removed and a light indicates when the knife is rotating. There are rubber feet on the slicer so it will not slide on the counter. There is a top‐mounted sharpener to ensure you always have a sharp edge on the cutting blade.
