This aluminum sheet pan from Vollrath® is made of heavy‐duty 16‐gauge aluminum. It heats up and cools down quickly, and the pan's concave bottom flattens for even heating. The natural finish ensures uniform results, and the tapered sides allow for convenient stacking. The open bead construction is easily cleaned and the pan is NSF‐approved. Pans conveniently stack to avoid sticking or jamming. This sheet pan is dishwasher safe in regards to maintaining the structural integrity of the bun pan. However, some of the chemicals in dishwasher detergent can cause a chemical reaction with the aluminum and discolor it. For best results and aesthetics, hand washing is recommended.
