This Professional Bakeware cast iron fry pan has a non‐stick finish and comes pre‐seasoned. To preserve the seasoned finish it is important not to put this fry pan in the dishwasher. Do not use scouring pads or steel wool to clean and dry once cleaned. If rust develops, simply re‐season by coating with oil and placing in the oven for about 1 hour on 350°F.
