This Darling Foodservice has a temperature range that reaches 2120°F and preheats to 1800°F in only 10 minutes. The dual element design provides efficient and even heat distribution. The interior well is constructed of 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel with a 27" x 10" opening that is 6.5" deep that is designed to hold four 1/3 size food pans up to 4" deep.
