This small volume, water bath warmer is thermostatically controlled to heat products at serving temperature without burning or scorching product as it is depleted. It is constructed of stainless steel and includes an exclusive stainless steel bowl. An adjustable thermostat senses the food temperature and turns the 250 watt heating element on or off as needed.
