This stainless steel pump from Server Products dispenses thicker products and sauces such as pourable peanut butter sauce directly from a #10 can or 3 Qt. stainless steel jar model# 94009 (sold separately). A 1 oz serving is the maximum portion per stroke. Portions can be reduced in 1/8 oz increments, using the supplied gauging collars. This pump can be used for hot or cold food products. Not intended for dispensing potentially hazardous foods, such as sour cream. Larger (than standard) discharge tube is designed to dispense thicker products and sauces with less force.
