The Easy Mozzarella Slicer from Nemco is a rugged, all metal unit that cuts uniform slices of mozzarella cheese. It can slice other cheeses, but the frame is designed to cradle mozzarella and the cutting wires are spaced specifically for 5/16-inch slices. The cutting bow can be easily removed for cleaning and the stainless steel cutting wires are replaceable.
