This Thermalloy® 12 quart stock pot is the perfect tool for big jobs in your busy kitchen. Great for cooking soups, stews, or pastas. The handles are securely riveted and comfortable to grasp. This stock pot has a heavy‐duty aluminum construction that offers the utmost in durability and provides even heat distribution. For best results, Thermalloy® aluminum cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
