This SteamChef™ 6 double stacked steamer includes two 22CET6.1 steamers, a 2" high mounting spacer, 24" high equipment stand, and common drain and water connection manifold. These steamers feature KleanShield™ technology that prevents contamination of the reservoir water and reduces foaming. The SureCook timer eliminates the guesswork by adjusting the cook time based on the volume of product being cooked.

This double stacked steamer includes: (2) 22CET6.1 steamers, a 24" high equipment stand, a 2" high mounting spacer, and common drain and water connection manifold
Cooking capacity for up to three 12" x 20" x 2.5" deep steam table pans per compartment
High‐speed electric convection steamer with open style 1.0 gallon water reservoir at the bottom of the cooking compartment
Fan forced convection steam with patented KleanShield™ cooking compartment design
Automatic water level controls, fills when main power switch is turned ON
Additional safety overflow standpipe and high temperature automatic safety shut‐off
Steam and fan shut off control when compartment door is opened
12 kW electric heating element encased in a solid aluminum block for fast, efficient heat transfer
SureCook compartment controls improves cooking speed and accuracy
Energy saving Standby Feature when not in use
Includes a 60‐Minute electro‐mechanical timer, LED indicator lights for SureCook cycle, Power On and Reset
Timed and Manual Bypass Switch for constant steaming
SteamChef™ automatic drain control drains when main power is turned OFF via ball valve with micro switch circuitry
1.5" NPT drain connection required with water saving cold water condenser and 3 minute rinse feature
Compartment doors hinged on the left, controls on the right
14 Gauge stainless steel compartment door with latch and reversible gasket
Two piece compartment door with free floating inner door is self adjustable to prevents leaks
