This Star® Star‐Max® Countertop Fryer is built for maximum efficiency. It has a snap‐action thermostat that provides temperature control from 200°F to 375°F. The immersion‐type heating elements allow for even heat distribution, and swing up for maintenance. This fryer has a 15 lb. oil capacity, and has removable baskets and a removable kettle for straining.
